The diverse topography at The Highlands makes us uniquely able to offer one of the truly special European hunting experiences: the Driven Pheasant Hunt. Based on one of the most traditional hunts of England and Scotland, a team of "beaters" walks through the cover plots and drives the pheasants to the crest of a hill, while up to eight gunners stand ready in the meadow below. When the birds reach the crest they take flight, and the shooters open fire at the fast-moving birds.
