At The Highlands, we believe you should leave with the birds you harvested, rather than exchange them for somebody else's. During your hunt, our staff will collect your quarry and begin to process them to your specifications (ducks will be breasted only). After your hunt, bring your remaining birds to the Keeper's House, then go relax or talk business. Within 30 minutes, your birds will be expertly packaged and waiting for you to take home.

In addition, you may exchange your harvested birds for frozen birds, smoked pheasant, or even pheasant pot pies or pheasant enchiladas prepared by our own gourmet chef.
