On the weekends, and other times when things are hopping at The Highlands, banquet style dining is the order of the day. Our gourmet chef will prepare entrees, side dishes, salads, and desserts, available whenever you'd like to eat. Just let us know your plans, and we'll make sure there's plenty for everyone.
