that a full 20 percent of the pheasants
you encounter will be an exotic variety. Other upland birds –
including Hungarian Partridge, Chukar Partridge, and quail –
are always on hand for additional variety and challenge. We also maintain
a 4-to-1 cock-to-hen ratio, higher than you would encounter in any
other setting – wild or otherwise.
